How To Have A Fantastic

The other day, I found myself deeply craving chicken wings. More specifically, the sweet and savory, tender yet crispy wings that have the ability to make any day 10 times better. So, armed with my cravings and my mom’s air fryer, I got to work making the ultimate honey garlic chicken wings. If you love the power combo of honey and garlic as much as I do, read on for the recipe!
INGREDIENTS
- 4 Pounds Chicken Wings
- 1/3 cup flour
- 2 Tablespoon Corn Starch or Seasoned Salt
- 2 Tablespoon Butter
- 2 Tablespoon White Vinegar
- 3 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1/3 cup Honey or Maple Syrup
- 5 Cloves Garlic
INSTRUCTIONS
- Cut Wings into Pieces.
- Brine: Mix 1/4 Cup Kosher Salt with 4 Cup of water. Add the mix water into Wings and refrigerate for 3 hours.
- In a small Sauce Pan, heat the butter, Soy Sauce, Vinegar and Garlic over medium heat. Stir together for 5 minutes on the simmer gas. Allow cooling thoroughly after removing from heat. Mix Honey or Maple Syrup.
- Mix with flour, corn starch and 1 tablespoon black pepper.
- Wash the wings and soak the water by the paper towel. Trim the Chicken Wings and Cut into Sections.
- Add the wings into the flour mixture and toss them to evenly coat. Drop the wings into the preheated Olive oil.
- Fry them until they turn Golden Brown,
- Drop the Chicken Wings on a paper towel.
- Toss the Chicken Wings with Honey Garlic Sauce. Serve Immediately.
