HOW TO FRY

CHICKEN WINGS 65 

AT HOME

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 KG Chicken Wings
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp Ginger, Garlic & Green chili Paste
  • 2 tbsp Soya Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Red Chili Sauce
  • 3 tbsp Corn Flour
  • 3 tbsp Refined Corn Flour
  • Oil for frying
  • Red food Color
  • Salt to Taste

 MARINATION

·        Mix the chicken wings with all the ingredients mentioned and marinate for at least 4 – 5 hours.

·        Heat medium hot oil and fry Chicken Wings completely.

·        Keep aside the Fried Chicken Wings.

FOR TEMPERING

·        Take 2 tbsp oil in the pan, add garlic and sauté for a minute.

·        Then add green chili and curry leaves. Let them splutter

·        Now add leftover Chicken Wings marination and sauté for 2-3 minutes.

·        Finally, add the Fried Chicken Wings and Serve hot with the sauce you like.
