AT HOME
INGREDIENTS
- 1 KG Chicken Wings
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp Ginger, Garlic & Green chili Paste
- 2 tbsp Soya Sauce
- 2 tbsp Red Chili Sauce
- 3 tbsp Corn Flour
- 3 tbsp Refined Corn Flour
- Oil for frying
- Red food Color
- Salt to Taste
MARINATION
·
Mix the chicken
wings with all the ingredients mentioned and marinate for at least 4 – 5 hours.

Heat medium hot oil
and fry Chicken Wings completely.

Keep aside the
Fried Chicken Wings.
FOR TEMPERING
·
Take 2 tbsp oil in the pan,
add garlic and sauté for a minute.
·
Then add green
chili and curry leaves. Let them splutter
·
Now add leftover
Chicken Wings marination and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
· Finally, add the Fried Chicken Wings and Serve hot with the sauce you like.
