HOW TO BAKE
CREAMY CHICKEN WINGS AT HOME
1 kg Chicken Wings
240 ml Hung Curd
120 ml Cream
2 tbsp Ginger, Garlic & Green chili Paste
1/2 tbsp Black Pepper
One Whole Lemon Juice
Salt to Taste
In a
huge sack or a heating dish large enough for the wings, combine all ingredients
with chicken wings and toss to cover them well. Marinate 4-5 hours as long
as one day.
HOW TO BAKE:

Now,
cover the pan with foil and bake for 45 minutes.

Discharge
the foil and high the oven temperature up to 425 F and bake for another 15
minutes till the chicken wings turn brown. You can also add extra Cream as toppings before serving. Serve sauce as per your likings.
