HOW TO COOK
ROASTED CHICKEN WINGS WITH RICE AND GRAVY
INGREDIENTS
2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon Curry Powder
- 2 teaspoon basil
- 2 teaspoon rosemary
- 2 teaspoon thyme
- 3 teaspoon paprika
- 3 teaspoon chopped garlic
- 1 large onion chopped
- ½ cup of water
HOW TO COOK CHICKEN WINGS?
- Clean chicken wings in clear water for about 5 mins and dry.
- Place chicken wings and water in a roasted and cover it. Heat 350-degree oven for 40 minutes uncovered for 15 minutes until they turn golden.
COOK GRAVY.
- Add the chicken wings dripping with the crumbs and 2 cup chicken broth
- Sauté onions in a frying pan and celery in a table oil, till lightly done.
- Add crumb mixture with onions and celery and cook until thicken.
- Plate your roasted chicken wings and rice and pour gravy over the chicken wings.
